📣 Shout out Saturday| Growing Our Own Future Educators! 🍎🎓 Yesterday morning, we proudly celebrated a major milestone as Ni'shyah Duncan and Cristopher Hale signed on as the first participants in a zero-cost Paraprofessional-to-Teacher Track through a new partnership between Thomasville City Schools and Thomas University! 🙌 Through this innovative program, they’ll take up to 15 credit hours per semester while earning their teaching degrees—tuition-free. After credentialing and interviews, they'll join TCS as paraprofessionals and, upon graduation, become certified teachers with 4 years of TRS credit already earned!
