On Friday, November 21, we welcomed Hope Givers Live!—a powerful, youth-focused mental health program—to our campus. Students enjoyed an uplifting show filled with important messages about kindness, self-care, and recognizing their own worth. Together, we learned tools to build positive connections and support one another. ❤️
Mental health matters, and we’re proud to offer programs like this that support the well-being of every student at MacIntyre Park Middle School. 💛🐾

Members of the THS Rocket Club traveled to the National Sport Launch East / Southern Area Rocketry GRITS event on Saturday, November 22 near Nashville, GA — and they had a blast! Students launched mid- and high-power rockets and connected with fellow rocketry fans from across the region.
A huge shoutout to Club President Dhruket Patel, who earned his Level 2 High Power Rocketry Certification! 🎉 This advanced certification shows an impressive level of rocketry knowledge and allows him to work with motors up to 500 times more powerful than typical model rockets. (For perspective… an L-motor rocket has enough force to lift a small toddler!)
We’re proud of our Bulldogs who are diving into real-world engineering challenges and building the skills that can lead to future STEM careers! ❤️🐾

Recently, our Jerger Elementary family came together to lift up two of our own — Rhea Mills and Christiana — as they continue their brave fight against cancer. These amazing young girls are showing what true strength, courage, and faith look like, inspiring everyone around them with their positivity and perseverance. ❤️
As a Thomasville City Schools family, we stand together in support of Rhea, Christiana, and their families. Our community’s love, prayers, and encouragement mean so much during this time — reminding us that we are always stronger when we stand together. 💛
Let’s continue to keep these sweet girls and their families in our thoughts and prayers, and let their light remind us of the power of hope, compassion, and unity. 🐾

Thanks to Mr. Woodfin, his students, and the incredible THS Rocket Club members, our young learners had the chance to:
✨ Build their own mini rockets
✨ Explore real STEM concepts in action
✨ Watch larger rockets launch right before their eyes
✨ Learn alongside high school leaders who shared their knowledge and passion
We love seeing our older Bulldogs mentoring our youngest learners — building confidence, curiosity, and a love for STEM across all grade levels.
