🧠🤝 Building Pathways. Creating Opportunities. Empowering Bulldogs.
Thomasville High School students recently participated in the final networking lunch of the year with Resilient Communities, made possible through our partnership with Vashti and PCOM. This powerful experience introduced students to careers in mental health professions, leadership, and community engagement—and marked the first-ever partnership of its kind with our schools!
Students also learned about ways to get involved beyond the classroom, including opportunities like Youth Advisory Councils and other leadership pathways that allow their voices to be heard and their impact to grow.
We are proud to partner with organizations who invest in our students and help prepare them for meaningful futures that serve both career and community. 🐾❤️

On November 19, Charity Board Chairman Will Glenn presented a generous $1,200 donation to Dr. Scott Sweeting, Superintendent of Thomasville City Schools. This gift will help provide essential materials for children during the upcoming holiday season. ❤️
This meaningful contribution from the City of Thomasville Charity reflects their continued commitment to supporting educational initiatives and making a positive impact on the lives of local students.
“We are proud to support such an important cause and look forward to the positive impact these resources will have on Thomasville City Schools.”

Just like the shoemaker had his elves, Scott Elementary had a few magical helpers of its own spreading cheer in our front entryway!
One very special elf—our wonderful teacher Ms. Levada Laing—spent time during her weeklong break creating a bright and festive welcome for our Scotties returning on Monday, December 1.
Her kindness, creativity, and holiday spirit are truly appreciated. Thank you, Ms. Laing, for making our school shine! 💚❤️🐾
