How To Update Parent Contact Information in Infinite Campus
Step 1
Log in to your Parent Portal.
If you need help with your username or password, please email Mrs. Ballard at ballardv@tcitys.org
Click HERE to log in
Step 2
Click on User Menu in the top right corner
This will open your user settings
Step 3
Click on SETTINGS
This will let you change the settings
Step 4
Click on Contact Preferences
You can update your phone number and email address in this menu. BE SURE TO CLICK THE BLUE SAVE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM!
If you need to update additional information in Infinite Campus, please reach out to the registrar at your child's school for assistance.
