Huge congratulations to our Scholars Academy Mathletes for securing 1st place in the Small School Division at the Rockdale Mathematics Competition! 🎇✨
Under the guidance of Coach Darrin Minns, our Mathletes traveled to Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology in Conyers, GA, to compete in this challenging event. 🧮🔢
A four-student team took on three of the four rounds: Power Round, Relay Round, and Team Round, while the Individual Round contributed to the overall team score. After an intense competition, our scholars brought home the trophy! 🏆👏

Thomasville City Schools' STEM and Computer Science teachers recently participated in advanced training at Georgia Tech! 🌟 This hands-on experience included collaboration with Georgia Tech leadership, curriculum development, and an exclusive tour of the university’s cutting-edge advanced manufacturing facility.
This program is designed to expand scholarship opportunities, provide Thomasville City students with direct instruction from Georgia Tech faculty, and promote STEM literacy. We’re excited for the incredible opportunities ahead!

Kindness in action at MPMS! 🌟
