FY25 Autism Training
Mrs. Engram's 7th grade science classes have been learning about the Human Body Systems. They are now focusing on the Cardiovascular/Circulatory System. To help the students better understand the blood in our body, they made blood cell models to show what our blood looks like when we're healthy and when we're fighting a cold.

A big shoutout to our Student of the Month for August--Aiden Mitchell! Aiden works hard and shows respect to everyone he encounters. He is an inspiration to all! Way to go Aiden! Our Teacher of the Month is Ms. Briana Howell, 8th Grade Science teacher. Ms. Howell was voted on by students, who see how dedicated she is to her students and their education. She is kind to everyone, and you rarely see her without a smile on her face! Way to go Ms. Howell!

Sixth grade band students are working on using their air flow effectively and using good breath support when playing their instrument. By using the proper air flow, students kept the ping pong ball spinning just by blowing through their instrument mouthpiece! Science + band!
