PARENTS- If your child received their first COVID-19 vaccine at their school before the end of the year; Archbold is hosting a vaccine clinic this Thursday, June 10 from 5pm-7pm for children to receive their second shot. The clinic will be held at Thomas County Middle School.
Please remember to bring your child’s vaccine card and a complete vaccine consent form. The consent form can be found at archbold.org/covid-19-vaccine. This clinic is ONLY for children ages 12-16 who received their first shot at school before the end of the year.
