We are pleased to announce the Thomasville High School JROTC unit that has earned the Distinguished Unit Award with Merit (DUA w/Merit) for AY 2023-2024.
This award recognizes the personal growth and accomplishments of the cadets, contributions of the instructors as mentors, and the support of the school and local community. These units truly represent the best of our 831 AF/SF JROTC units worldwide. The cadets, instructors, and schools are to be commended for earning their award.

🌟Join us THIS summer for Thomasville High School JROTC first ever Summer Leadership Camp!🌟 This camp is designed to teach citizenship, leadership, and practical skills in a highly structured and focused instructional environment. The mission of JROTC is to prepare students for leadership roles in their units, schools, and local communities. As a result, the activities during Summer Camp will include the following: Sports Competitions, Teambuilding, Drill and Color Guard Coaching, Archery, Health & Wellness Tutoring, Fitness Training, Community Service Events, Leadership Reaction Challenges, Air Rifle Education, Land Navigation Instruction, Survival Skills and FUN! Open to the first 60 7th-9th grade students that are currently enrolled at TCS. For any questions, please call 229-225-2634.

Our Princess Program will be included in the 2024 Miss Thomasville Pageant where they will be announced and have time to shine on the stage with our 2023 Miss Thomasville.
Register today at the link below. Available for rising young ladies in K through 6th grade. The pageant is June 22, 2024.
🌟This is not a competition, simply an opportunity to share in the tradition of Miss Thomasville.
🌟Ticket into the pageant not included.
🌟Pageant dress is not required, Sunday attire preferred.

Please see the information presented at the Board of Education meeting this past Tuesday night. These maps show the plans for student locations for the 2024-2025 school year as we continue to work through the construction process.
Main points are as follows:
- All 6-8 grade academic classes will be held on the MPMS Campus.
- All 9-12 grade academic classes will be held on the THS Campus on Hansell St.
- All Band and Drama students (6-12) will take these classes on the THS Campus
- All Strings and Dance students (6-12) will take these classes on the MPMS Campus
- Students will be bussed from one campus to the other for these electives.
- 6-8 grade students taking Band and Drama will be escorted to and from those areas on the THS campus

Due to inclement weather, the Thomasville High School 2024 Graduation Exercises will now be at the Thomasville High School Gymnasium.
Doors will open at 5:30 PM and you must use your SEVEN RAIN tickets.
The doors will close at 6:30 PM. Please remember the following guidelines for graduation:
Bag Policy: Only clear bags are allowed in the gym.
Prohibited Items: No signs, balloons, or noisemakers are permitted.
Overflow seating will be provided at the MacIntyre Park Middle School Auditorium.

🌞Happy Helping -Georgia's Summer Food Service Program will begin summer meals starting May 28th through July 19th. 🌞 Thank you too Thomasville YMCA for participating!
Meals will be provided to all children 18 and under without charge.

WHEN: Monday, May 13th, Tuesday, May 14th, and Wednesday, May 15th
TIME: 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM
WHERE: Veterans Memorial Stadium
WHO: Players currently in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation will be provided from each elementary school to the stadium
COST: FREE (Snacks and drinks will be provided)
CAMP DESCRIPTION
The Thomasville High School Bullpups Camp is intended to concentrate on the development of the basic fundamentals of football. Each camper will receive outstanding coaching by the Thomasville High School Varsity Football staff, current and former Thomasville High School Football Players.

MacIntyre Park Middle School & Scholars Academy will host Honors Night May 14th at 5:30 at MPMS Auditorium. Come join us for night of celebration. We will be honoring the outstanding achievement of our outstanding students.
Thomasville High School Senior Honors Awards Night will be May 9th at 6:00PM. This night will recognize seniors for their academic accomplishments throughout high school. Ceremony will be held in the MPMS Auditorium.
