Project Runway is always a hit with Ms. Rinehart's students. This is an Economic project where students have to design a hat depicting one of the four factors of Economic Growth and GDP and then strut the "red carpet" in a contest: Entrepreneurs, Capital Goods, Human Capital or Natural Resources.

We are proud to announce that Evan Ariail has been named the STAR Student winner for Region nine. The Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) program honors Georgia’s highest-achieving high school seniors and the teachers most instrumental in their academic development. Mr. Charles Gammel was chosen by Evan as the STAR teacher. Evan will now have the opportunity to compete at the State Page STAR competition.

Thomasville High School Marketing students MK Edwards, Tatiana Everhart, Connor Pringle and Ella Rodd traveled to Georgia Tech this week to pitch original product ideas at the K-12 InVenture Prize Competition. Out of more than three-thousand students who participated in region-level events this spring, our students placed among the top 10% of competitors across Georgia and were then invited to advance to state. We are proud to celebrate our students’ innovation and high-achievement!
