🎓 Career Connections College Tour Spotlight!
Our Career Connections students had an incredible opportunity to tour the Historically Black College, Albany State University! During the visit, students learned about admissions requirements, explored the variety of majors offered, and gained insight into the rich history and legacy of the university.
A special highlight of the day was running into two former Thomasville High School alumni, Evan and Tyler, who are now proud students at Albany State University! ✨
Students also had the chance to walk through the Black Wall Street Event, where they engaged with various campus groups and student entrepreneurs, experiencing firsthand the culture of leadership, innovation, and excellence on campus.
It was a day filled with learning, inspiration, and connection!

He shared his personal journey of earning both athletic and academic full-ride scholarships to the University of Kentucky, emphasizing the importance of balancing excellence in the classroom with performance on the field.
