𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 · The Thomasville City Schools Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of a superintendent. Please help us welcome Dr. Raymond L. Bryant, Jr. to the Thomasville City Schools family!
Dr. Bryant received his Bachelors and Masters Degree at Florida A & M University in Elementary Education. He received his Specialist in Educational Leadership at Florida State University. He also holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University. Dr. Bryant has 26 years of experience in education and has proven success in improving, maintaining, and sustaining high student achievement.
The Thomasville City Schools System has consistently attained high academic marks within the state of Georgia—placing in the top 11% of school systems for both SAT and ACT scores for the past four out of five years. We are proud of a long tradition of academic excellence.
We are confident that under Dr. Bryant's leadership, the academic, artistic and athletic potential of our students will continue to flourish.
