Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Men's Golf Team on their finishing tied for fourth out of thirteen teams in the Area 1-AA Tournament. Thomasville High School sophomore Brycen Jones shot a 76 to win Low Medalist honors and will participate in the AA State Tournament on Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18, in Hawkinsville, GA.
Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Women Golf Team, consisting of Jocelyn and Julianna Watson, on their third-place finish with a combined score of 204. The Lady Bulldogs will also participate in the AA State Tournament on Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18, in Hawkinsville, GA.
Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Track and Field Team members for their qualifying for the State Track Meet in the AA Sectionals this past Saturday in Dublin. Nolan Barnes qualified in the 400 Meter and High Jump, Cameron Bates qualified in the Shot Put, and Jaiwan Anderson and Mark Futch qualified in the Discus for the men's team. For the women's team, Shanice Madison qualified in the 400 Meter.
Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Baseball Team on their advancing to the GHSA AA Quarterfinals. The Bulldogs defeated Dodge County 11-8 in Game One and 18-0 in Game Two. The Bulldogs will play Callaway High School on Tuesday with Game One beginning at 4:00 pm.
Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Bulldog Soccer Team on their season. The Bulldogs finished the season 22-2-1, Region 1-AA Champions, and finished in the Elite 8 of the GHSA State Playoffs. Congratulations to these young men on a great season!
