Congratulations to the Thomasville High School Lady Bulldogs Volleyball Team on defeating Early County (25-3, 25-12) to begin 1-0 in Area 1-A/AA play for the 2020 season last Thursday. We also want to congratulate both the MPMS Girls Cross Country Team for finishing second in this past Saturday's meet along with the Thomasville High School Boys Cross Country team for finishing a strong sixth place at this past weekend's meet.
This week season tickets will go on sale for the 2020 Football Season. Details are as follows:
Reserved Ticket Holders- Previous season ticket holders will be able to purchase their season tickets on Monday, August 31st – Tuesday, September 1st between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Thomasville High School Dog Pen. Due to our inability to guarantee a stadium seat with a seat back this year, season tickets will be $50 per pad. Each reserved ticket holder that opts to purchase their season tickets this year will still receive their assigned seats in the event we are able to allow seating at full capacity. Please be reminded that previous season ticket holders, who opt to not purchase season tickets for the 2020 football season due to concerns regarding COVID-19, will receive their original seats from the 2019 football season for the 2021 football season.
Remaining Reserved Tickets – Remaining reserved seats will go on sale to the general public on a first-come- first-serve basis and can be purchased on Wednesday, September 2nd – Friday, September 4th between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Thomasville High School Dog Pen. Remaining reserved season tickets will be $50 per pad.
Student-Participant General Admission Tickets – Student-participant parents (parents of cheerleaders, band members, and football players) will be able to purchase a maximum of 3 tickets per game. Tickets will cost $40 for the season rate of $8 per game for five (5) games and will be pre-sold for the year at the Thomasville High School Dog Pen on Wednesday, September 2nd – Friday, September 4th between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please Note: The reasoning to let student-participant parents purchase their allotted tickets for the season in advance is to prevent lines at the stadium on the night of the game and from having individuals enter the school, thereby increasing the risk of exposure of our students and staff to COVID-19.
Game Day General Admission Tickets – If a family opts to not purchase tickets, they will go into the general admission pool and become available to the public on the day of the game. Bulldog fans or visitors can purchase these tickets on a first-come-first-serve basis on the day of the game at the Thomasville High School Gymnasium between the hours 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Tickets for Brooks County will go on sale Thursday and Friday from 9am-3pm at Thomasville High School for $8.00.
If you get an opportunity to come out to support Bulldogs, please do so! We look forward to seeing you!
