On behalf of Thomasville City Schools, Altman + Barrett Architects is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the Roof Replacement and Recover Project at Scott Elementary School located at 100 North Hansell Street, Thomasville, GA 31792.
The project includes the replacement of approximately 38,000 sq. ft. of roofing on Building 100 and the recovery of approximately 16,100 sq. ft. across Buildings 200, 201, 202, 300, and the gym. Work will include new single-ply roofing systems, insulation, and drainage improvements.
Bids will be received for all work (General Contracting – all trades).
Altman + Barrett Architects will receive sealed bids until December 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Thomasville City Board of Education, 404 N. Broad Street (3rd Floor), Thomasville, GA 31792. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Scott Elementary School on December 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Prospective bidders are required to attend.
