Thomasville City Schools Recognizes 41 AP Scholars at Board of Education Meeting
Thomasville, GA — At the recent Thomasville City Schools Board of Education meeting, forty-one outstanding Thomasville High School and Scholars Academy students were recognized for their achievements as Advanced Placement (AP) Scholars.
The AP Scholar Awards recognize high school students who have demonstrated college-level achievement on AP exams. Awards are given in three levels:
· AP Scholar: Students scoring 3 or higher on three or more AP exams
· AP Scholar with Honor: Students scoring 3 or higher on four or more exams, with an average score of at least 3.25
· AP Scholar with Distinction: Students scoring 3 or higher on five or more exams, with an average score of at least 3.5

Max Barbulescu, McCartney Bell, William Casper, Emory Cochran, Jenna Collins, Henry Crane, Trinity Do, Hannah Hawkins, Athalia Knight, Caroline Lewis, nicholoas May, Sellers Newman, Brady Nichols, Andrew Nissley, Kinley Peterson, Michael Pringle, Emma Rayburn, Caroline Sanders, Anna Shokat, Nicholas Singley, Stella Smith, and Myra Tindell.
AP Scholars with Distinction (12)
