A total of $657.28 was collected in the PENNIES for PATIENTS campaign in November to help cure cancer. Scholars Academy Junior Leadership students in Dr. Neila Connors class assembled boxes that were given to all students at Scholars Academy to collect coins through their advisement classes. The group is pictured with a symbolic check to celebrate the grand total of their fundraising efforts.
