Thomasville City Scholars Academy art students in Jessica Dell and Ashley Ivey-Jackson's classes won awards in all grade levels (including a sweep of the 6th grade category) for the Thomas County One Book: Nature in My Hometown art competition:  Isabella Ward (6th) Honorable Mention, Afton Sowards (6th) 3rd place, Willa Copps (6th) 2nd place, Trinity Do (6th) 1st place, Lilly Weakland (7th) 3rd place, Daylee Beatty (7th) 2nd place, Eva Ridenour (8th) 1st place, Ella Williams (9th) 1st place, Iris Allgrove (10th) Honorable Mention), Dylan Maison (10th) 3rd place, Madisen Cox (10th) 1st place, Winston Cornish (12th) 3rd place, Wyndham Drayton (11th) Honorable Mention, Caliyah Sinkfeld (11th) 3rd place, and Deldrick Hill (11th) 2nd place.
