In Internet Explorer:
Click Tools --- General --- Address --- Type in the address of the web page that you want to see when you open the Internet --- OK

In Netscape:
Click Edit --- Preferences --- in Home Page Location box, type in address of the web page that you want to see when you open the Internet --- OK.
