Anatomy is an overview of the Human Body.  The intent of the course is to provide a background in body systems, medical terminology, interactions of the various organs systems, and an in depth laboratory and dissection experience.  There will be an overview of the interaction between the various chemical controllers of the body.  This class is particularly recommended to those with  medical or paramedical studies in mind.

A hands on approach to learning is used, with 40-50% of the Grade being derived from lab participation.  For this reason attendance during labs is considered part of the grade.  This class is acceptable for both College Preparatory and College Preparatory with Distinction Diploma Tracks.
