THS Celebrates Students' Success |

Thomasville High School held its annual Georgia
High School Graduation Test "I Did It" celebration on Thursday, May 14.
The celebration is held annually to celebrate the success of all first-time
GHSGT takers who passed all five parts of the test. This year, THS had 96
students (or 68%) of all first-time takers pass all five parts on the first
attempt. This continues the trend THS has witnessed over the past three
years of increasing the "I Did It" pass rate. This year, the Class
of 2010 increased the percentage by 8% over the Class of 2009.
Thomasville High is also proud to recognize several students for achieving
perfect scores on parts of the GHSGT and GHSWT this year. Receiving
perfect scores were Jordan Broadway on the English/Language Arts GHSGT,
Elizabeth Kornegay and Patricia Odette on the GHSWT and Bradley Parke on the
Science GHSGT. Congratulations students! |
