*2. A rest mat (cloth or plastic) |

*3. A small heavy vinyl or canvas crayon bag (like a bank deposit bag or sturdy cosmetic bag - no boxes, please) |

*4. A complete change of clothes (in a large ziploc bag) |
| *5. Art shirt (a large tee shirt - no buttons, please) |
| *6. Backpack (no rolling back packs, please) |
| 7. One box of Kleenex |
| 8. Jerger t-shirt (purchase at Open House) |
| 9. One container of Clorox wipes |
| 11. One bottle of antibacterial waterless hand sanitizer |
| 12. One box of small Ziploc bags |
| 13. One box of large Ziploc bags |
