Dear Explo Parents,
Ms. Shiver met with the Explo students this week to "meet and greet"
and explain the Explo format for the 2009 - 2010 school year. She
will meet with the Explo student weekly for extension and enrichment
lessons. In addition, Ms. Shiver will collaborate with the student's
regular classroom teachers to plan differentiated lessons in
all of the regular academic subject areas. The student's will be
given an Explo folder that contains the gifted differentiation
packet. Please remember to check the due dates for each packet. I am
excited that we are able to offer a wide variety of services for our
gifted students in the Thomasville City Schools.
