Parent Power Group

Welcome to all of our new parents and students

  for the 2006-2007 school year!  

The Parent Power Group (PPG) is our parent 

organization here at Balfour School. We hope you will join us this year.

 

 

 

 

  The purpose of the group is to encourage parents to get involved in their child’s education. We encourage our parents to attend parent workshops, visit classrooms, and get involved in their child’s learning.

As a member of PPG, you will be involved in several activities to help promote “Parent Power” in our school. We have several projects we would like to participate in during the year, such as playground improvement, fundraisers, a parent education fair, and other opportunities to improve the educational experience for our students.

 The membership fee for PPG is $3.00 per family. You will have an opportunity to sign up for PPG and pay the membership fee during Open House on August 4, 2006. Our President of PPG is Chrissy Wheeler. She will be in contact with new members shortly after the school year begins.
