Nurturing Kids Successfully
An explanation of the THANKS logo
will help in defining the program’s goals: Together, walking along
the same path, schools and businesses can open the doors to the
world to create successful students. With only one side of the
entrance way opened, students can still get through; it’s just a lot
easier with a wider opening.

Purpose:
The purpose of THANKS is to
capitalize on the individual potential of all learners by opening
the lines of communication and building a strong, well-organized,
structured relationship between the Thomasville City School system
and the community.

Goal:
THANKS is to designed to unite Thomasville City Schools with the
community and local businesses in order to maximize opportunities
for every student to excel and become successful, therefore,
creating better employees, citizens, problem solvers, life-long
learners and productive members of the local and global communities.
